Divinely Guided Reading 11-23-18

Key Words: RISING ABOVE, FREEDOM, SOLUTION, ADDICTION HEALING Message: We think of addiction to substance, or to behaviors that ultimately sabotage our peace--and yet sometimes addiction is harder to pinpoint. Perhaps we are addicted to being perceived a certain way and this keeps us in loops of discontent--with limited access to our authentic Self. We may be addicted to "doing" or "busyness" which is lauded as success in our society. Maybe we have the "good girl/boy" archetype and we are addicted to helping others before ourselves. The shadow can be tricky to dissect. We notice our patterns and how we feel after these habitual behaviors. If we are drained or confused afterward, it is likely we are out of our alignment. Clarity and freedom are available for us now. Going inward, the Soul provides all the answers we need. This may be an excellent time to journal or voice record our process.
